Obtain a Planned Unit Development (PUD)

Make A Payment:

• Pay By Check: Checks can be made out to East West Urban Management, LLC and mailed to 1610 Little Raven Street #125, Denver, CO 80202. Please note the building and Unit number in the check memo and include the questionnaire to be completed.
• Credit Card: www.smartstreet.com, make payments, make a one-time payment as a guest, type “East West” in the association box, and click “find”, select East West Urban Management Work Order Account. In the second box, enter the homeowner ID. The homeowner ID is the building name and Unit number (example: Tower 900). Enter payment amount and select pay by credit/debit card or by e-check. Please note: there is a $14.95 fee charged by the bank when paying with a credit card.
